The relationships between governance and management can be difficult. I mediate and provide coaching to NGO’s and private business, to better understand the issues that arise, strategies and tools to assist and creative ways to work effectively together.

My experience in governance began in 2003 when I was appointed as panel member of the Napier (NZ) Care and Protection Resource Panel. I held this position until 2005, when I became Chair, a position I held until 2009. In 2014 I  was elected to the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of NZ (AMINZ) Council and in 2018 became Vice President, which I held for 2 years.
